Our Vacation Homes

All our homes are privately owned, and reflect the individuality of the owner. This, we believe, is what gives our homes character, and a welcome change from the average run of the mill, hum-drum, hotel room.

We expect our owners to keep their properties to our exacting standards, and you can expect to find the following features at all our homes.

• Full Air Conditioning
• Cable TV
• Modern "Floridian" Furnishings
• Minimum of 2 bathrooms
• Fully equipped Kitchen incl. cutlery & crockery
• Utility area with washing & drying facilities
• All towels & linens with at least one change
• Fully screened, in-ground swimming Pool
• Pool minimum size 20 feet in length
• Kool-Deck surround to pools
• Pool/patio furniture
• Close to local shopping
• 7-15 minutes from Disney
• Fully Licensed & Insured for Short Term Rental
• 24 Hour Management Service

Of course this list is merely a minimum that we would expect, and you will find that many of our homes have additional extras such as stereo TV/video, music systems, lake or conservation area views, children`s play area/swing set, 3 bathrooms, 2 masters, 2 public rooms, and a whole host of others.
